Used to follow the cumbria beagles in the 90s. Had some great days my mates border used to run with them. She is on the right.

i could not say to be honest lost touch end of the nineties. the bloke who ran them was about 70 then it was his life they had 2 meets a week. one midweek and one saturday. i remember asking him what would stop you hunting and he said a wooden box.

Be nice to hear if someone else took them over mate, i bet alot of work went into them. That's a good answare buy the old boy.

I remember the first time i went. he was bringing some pups on with the pack. we came to some stock fencing and over they went apart from one pup it was struggling to get over. so i give it a lift up. the bollocking the old man gave me was untrue my ears were ringing.
