fireman 11,012
Buy the panels seperate,a 6x3 wired panel is around £15-20 each and will save you a good few quid rather than buying a complete aviary, also remember to wire the roof just in case the roof blows off as it'll stop the birds from going as well. Also paint the wire black and you will see your birds so much better i'm amazed when i see folk with unpainted or silver wire as you just can't see the birds and a bit pointless having them if you can bloody see them ,worth looking through the local sell it paper and in the back of Cage bird and aviary mag for some second hand panels for sure as i bought a 60 x 9 aviary with around 40 good panels both wall and roof for a £100 and built 4 aviaries out of it . Paint that wire though mate .

Outlaw Pete 2,224
Dave; I really wish I'd kept a bloody record of where I bought my own aviary from. It's made of black, powder coated mesh, welded to a square tubular steel frame. You pick and choose the panels you want. If I remember rightly, the panels are 6' high and 4' wide. I have a 6 x 8 x 4 aviary out there. Cost me about £350.00. But, that was including shipping from UK. Just pointing out that there's more out there, if you put the Google time in. Outlaw Pete 2,224
Here ye go, Dave; I found them again! Clicky. Mine's the second one down. 4 x 6. They come as a pallet of panels and a bag of nuts and bolts. You just have at it with a wrench. Probably took me an hour, working on my own because I'm Billy f**king No Mates Two men? Have it up in absolutely no time! I can personally vouch for and recommend this firms gear and service. They're not like some of these fly by night Dog Panel dealers. Best bit about this gear, of course, is that if you feel a bit flush, further down the line? two and a half more panels and you've added another four foot of length to the flight
fireman 11,012
I'm a gardener and one garden i work at they have a very large 20 x 30 aprox soft fruit frame made of the very same sort of frame work as that but with plastic netting over it,i would think if you bought the frame and then wired it yourself if'd be even more a lot cheaper. tong po 129
the minimum recommended size is 6ft long by 2ft wide by 6ft high. this would hold approx. 6 non breeding birds but generally only 1 pair of breeding birds
