Where Are The Best Longears?

well lads where would ye think the best longears are?? iv never hunted in eng but iv spoke to quiet a few people that have and they say that you wont get much better longears than the longears around carlow, what do ye think?

Banter peope use that hill to free run there dogs all off the lead if a hare or fox gets up there is always two or more dogs on it. Know that hill like the back off my hand. May be years ago few people could walk it for hunt but mountain has changed so much in my life time and will keep changing.

any land that gets hunted a lot will hold good hares plenty of good hares all over ire cause theres plenty of people hunting them but the bigger the land the better they run imo

Alot cover on that hill now hard to get a run. Not much.cattle on it now d with.the nature res there think the hares have got softer. But its very rare you get a hare with only one dog on it up there.

them 1s at the jumping church in ardee got an awful whizz banging this year.couple of dacent runs round slane seems a bit hot at the minute.
