gnasher16 30,046
price is out of the picture, and soon the game Why do you say he,s soon out of the game he,s only just come into the game !!...........Packing your bags and going home when you cant win maybe how you conduct your life but the kids a pro athlete i imagine he,s made of stronger stuff than that ! Cracks me up the way folk who have probably never competed for anything more important than a packet of peanuts speak such bollocks about people who make a living out of competing ! dont get mardi again, u said price just curled up on the ropes, he did just that, looks like a man that dont want it to me, perhaps he could scratch a living from boxing, this is the opinion of a man who competes for packs of peanuts, seeing as this is an open forum on a hunting site and not a forum for pro boxers only, i think i can have a say Have whatever say you like.......but if you talk bollocks about a subject do you expect folk to say nothing ?......yes Price curled up in a fight, that dont mean he shouldnt fight...........dogs quit in fights it dont mean they are not fighting dogs !! " Dont get mardi "........whats that like a warning kind of thing ?......you sound a scarey guy. not a warnin like, think that would be up your street tho, bit a drama f ya. If ya like........" newsboy "...the irony

johnny boy68 11,726
I'm not a fan of either boxer and has a neutral I'm hoping for an entertaining fight, though I think Haye might be a step to far at the moment.

Spot on but tacticaly. A hard one to call tyson out reaches but punching down. Plus. He aint got the fastest of hands He is going to have to hold haye try and bully him in the clinches and take chances on landing big shots he wont out work haye , haye will come in from the sides and try to cut down tysons leverrage He will keep tight. Working in side making it hard for tyson to throw shots Hope the fight lives up to all the hype that will start and may the best man win
Malt 379
Do any of you guys who know a bit more about the game think Haye's lack of proper action over the past few years will be a bit of an advantage for Fury? I know he'll probably be training like f**k and at the peak of fitness come the night of the fight, but does not having a proper, competitive bout for a while make you a little rusty or not? Personally i think even if Furey does show great discipline i dont think he has enough ring savvy to keep away from Haye to get him into the second half of the fight......we can talk as technical and tactical as you like 1 big right hand can quickly throw all that out the window.....and i think Furey will definately have to take a few of those.....i think if Furey can beat him it will be on heart and desire rather than tactical genius. gonetoearth 5,144
Thus me saying he will have to take his chances and land big shots , If nothing else haye is a perfectionist he will. Have his sparing caterd for !

gnasher16 30,046
Inactivity effects different fighters in different ways......a kid close to me fought at York Hall the other night having been out the ring nearly a year and he looked rusty as f**k....but he,s a come forward box/fighter type......................where Haye is more of a counter puncher and general hard hitter who tends not to try and box his way into range inactivity probably wont effect him as much...........busy fighters need to stay active.....big punchers have that big punch regardless.
