gnasher16 30,025
And likewise Wilf you are bang on in all you say also.....we are not in disagreement here..........like many others i just dont fall for everything hook line and sinker and sign on the line before first checking the basic central core of a mans character before putting trust in him ( or party in this case )......and on this specific issue ive raised Farage/Ukip show a huge lack of morals and character...........from where im sitting Ukip are not too dissimilar to BNP before them and NF before that.........i agree with % of their views and maybe thats as much as is realistic to expect......it just depends where you place your priorities i guess. People like us,well me anyway are street educated rather than academically educated and i think a party like Ukip play on that in terms of we dont look too closely.....we hear the basics, think " yep that sounds like a bit of me "......and vote away...........but what also comes with that street/life education is a big emphasis on basic human character and moral substance, something which maybe the academically gifted dont put as much faith in. So this carry on with the former NF candidate now being a candidate for Ukip might sound like im going on like a broken record........but for a simple man like me,it carries a lot of weight........and possibly could/should do for others like me who dont possess the academic knowledge to be looking past that and delving into high level politics.
