Court Case Dropped

Recommended Posts

no greater feeling than walking out of court, with a not proven or admonished ;) although the cops do hold a grudge when that happens lol

Oh the guy will hold a grudge. He is the top wildlife officer from Cannock. Proper tool.

He's gonna make getting our lamps back a nightmare I reckon

For those that read my post back in February about being taken in for police questioning over a suspected lamping incident, we have just had the charges dropped in court.   We attended last Friday

Put in for a claim for your nerves you couldnt sleep pished the bed ect...if the charges were dropped its wrongful arrest your entitled to compo.

Good result fella Cheers atb

Unless your caught with the hare in your hand on the land, admit nothing. It's down to them to prove you've done wrong.

even with it in your hand it could have been found dead in the hedge row just never admit f**k all just let them prove everything , they will embelish it anyway so why give them an easy life/

Too true mate, the dog coughing up hair usefully gives it away lol. I've never been caught with one in the hand, always better planking them as you go, then at the side of the road. 9/10 times its returning to the van you get caught.

Yep they do

Where I used to live I had loads of permission and made myself well know to the local police, parish commity etc due to regularly walking around the area late at night either carrying a gun, dead animals or both  one female copper didn't like what I was doing and at a parish meeting said so she was told by her superior officer to leave me well alone  bonus, but everytime she passed me whether late at night or during the day she would eyeball the fuuck out of me until one day in a local field that had a footpath going through it I was training the staff with the starter pistol (I had permission and was well away from the path) she decided I was a threat and called in the fookin AR they turned up and didn't even question me as the fuuckin gun was bright orange ffs just watched the staff work and told me next time just to let them know, gave me his mobile number and said it'll stop that busy bitch trying it on  Not a popular lady with the ART apparently
