I`m the gaffer in my house -- well least while she`s out

Just at the gun battery museum here. Right on the coast, stunning views, good set of lads and i help out with school groups and tours etc. Most of the other volunteers are old ex army men so being you

In my infinite wisdom, I decided that it was a good idea to have my mate round last night and a few beers in the garden after a long, hot day photographing a wedding.   I should know better than to

Planning on an early night tonight, getting out fishing with the dogs early doors tomorrow, coming home at lunch time, going to do an afternoon of volunteering, then a few beers and a takeaway. Sunday got family coming over for a BBQ, our first one of the summer :boogy: what is it about BBQ's?! The food just tastes so damn good :D

Today i'm off down the town, got meat to buy, job applications to hand in and i need some fishing bait, then i'm off volunteering, beauty of a day let's hope it continues...

Good on you for volunteering mate, what you doing exactly?

Good 'job satisfaction' from working with kids i tell you

Nice one. Yeah that sort of thing is rewarding, I run youth projects for a living and it's a good feeling knowing that you're having a positive impact on people's lives, that they might not get elsewhere. Sounds like a place that young people would like going to, good stuff

I should know better than to chase three kids down the pavement at midnight when I've got three dogs on lead and a pair of sandals on. Made a right fooking mess of myself :(

Sun makes people do daft things. I blame the sun

Not a cloud in the sky here... Bit of gardening and later out with my mates and their Mrs's. Lads I went to school with 30+ years ago ( :o ), always good to catch up, we normally get out a few times a year unless its a wedding, funeral, kids 21'st/18th etc... Starting off in the Phil (Philharmonic, a Liverpool institution)... towns ours tonight.. :yahoo:
