I would keep them seperate mate. The chooks will more than likely muller the quail. Then theres the feeding requirements, the chooks will eat the quail food and water but will/can the quail get to the chook food when theirs is gone, plus the chooks will probably eat any quail eggs you might get. Bad idea..

Ive kept small groups, with one cock bird in rabbit hutches fine. All depends on how many you got and what you want to do with them. Mad how coturnix come into lay at 8 weeks, pump out the eggs they do once they start.
