Hw97Kt Butt Pad !

Recommended Posts

Hello all

I've just fitted a Bisley adjustable butt pad to my HW97kt. It cost £15 and took about half an hour .

So my question is , why can't Weihrauch do it if I can ??

They manage it on the wood stocked version , so why not on the synthetic ??

It makes the gun look better and handle better , so why wouldn't they ??

Any ideas

Cheers

Money

Really ??

And if that's true , I'd pay another £15 on top of a new 97kt price to have it factory fitted. They manage it on the wooden version as I said.

They probably think not everybody wants one so to keep costs down they dont fit them as standard.

When i bought my brand new bsa lightning xl last year it had studs fitted as standard. Why dont Weihrauch do this aswell?!.

Good question.

Money saving feature, its what makes the wooden KT more appealing but you pay through the nose for having thumbhole and adjustable stock.

I think all air rifles should have an adjustable stock feature. The synthetic 97 is a way for people to own the 97 at a lower price, its clever marketing really.

Well done on fitting that butt pad anyway, looks like a cracking job you have done there!
