already financial incentives in this country, its called child benefit, and if you think more chavs breeding is a good thing for this country you need your head examining very closely too see if there is anything inside it, what we need is people who will fend for themselves rather than relying on the state to fund them, the child benefit system dates back to the post WW2 days and needs abolishing (even the queen got it, that covers how logical it is), try watching a series called `skint` and that gives you an idea of what happens when chavs breed

Well mate ive enjoyed your posts on this subject...youve shown your a very patriotic man but if you think that we need all these neds to breed( which they are by the way) in some kind of breeding war your off your rocker. Limit the amount of kids to 2....anymore and you pay for them yourself, no help from the goverment....sterilise all junkies....and close the doors on letting everyone in......now!! Then we can spend the next few years shipping out everyone who shouldnt be here and anyone who doesnt agree to the laws that we all have to follow....
