End Pins.

6mm steel nelson 8 inch long never used end pins before just preset stop nets so it should be fun thanks for the reply. :thumbs:

more than enough Darbo. :thumbs:

 

Here some stainless ones ive made, formed the rings with my roller.

Would these be ok for stop nets just 2 inch fox net rings welded onto heavy duty tent pegs the best idea i could come up with. :hmm:

Good them plenty big enough,,,,, for little stop nets ,,,,you can just use purse net pegs

Thanks for the pic tc. i am a novice regarding stop nets i have only used preset ones before. I have put end pins on one with the intention of attemping to learn how to run out a long net . 6 yds is what i will start with before moving on to a longer net. i have run it out and picked it up a few times this morning a experienced netter would have kicked me up the arse watching me. im going to keep on practising then maybe in time i will move on. :whistling:

If you have run out a stop net there is no reason why you could not run out a full net. We all started somewhere and as long as you can set a net out you will find your own way of setting and shooting the net, there is no right way or wrong way, nearly everyone does it differently. Just find a way that comfortable to you, other people can give you ideas but its your choice how you set and pick up.

We all started somewhere and as long as you can set a net out you will find your own way of setting and shooting the net, there is no right way or wrong way, nearly everyone does it differently.
