Managed a double this morning, one rabbit right after another which was at about 35yrds.

Going to get a nite site NS 50 soon :) so i can use this to record my shots :)

out again tomorrow moring :) :)

Before people mention a "Bipod on a springer" my diana has been tunned and has very little kick, it doesnt effect it at all so much so i can put 5 pellets (RWS superdome .22) in a group the size of a 5p at 40yrds.

Nice bag again Stu, love the Diana. The sidelever will make things easier if you're using the bipod! Looks like a great set-up. Wouldn't mind having a go with a Diana, never even seen one in the flesh

Great work and a lovely looking rifle, out of interest what sort of times are you out morning and evening to get the best chance of the rabbits being out. I have a chance to take a few out on this year's young cover crop but haven't had chance to get out yet and want to make it count when I do.

just 5 mins from me is a field where there are rabbits but its public land and everyone walks dogs there so no chance of shooting them,

I took my dog out last night at about 730 pm and saw 5-6 rabbits out in the quiet areas near their warrens.

and fri evening I took him out about 6pm seen more people about but there was still 2-3 rabbits out, again close to their warrens.

there aren't loads of rabbits there just a few but they seem to be out anytime after 5 I would say. depending how quiet the land is.

I suppose out in the countryside they would be out all day, unless a fox or a bird of prey scared them ??

hope this helps mate

Nice shooting stu. I would look forward to a bit of footage.

I keep meaning to get a recording unit for my pulsar but other things seem to take president.

Wow, another great bag mate, your certainly a good shot with the goddess of hunting!

Phil

not a bad shot with my Diana :)

Yeah hopefully in the next few weeks get some new toys so I can record some footage :)
