Buster321c 1,010
Well i was chatting online and a guy said `How much is my Airwolf worth , in this condition ?` .................. So i asked him , quite simply , whats up with it ? Battery , he said . Its Knackered ...... How much you want for it? i said , 550 was the reply ............... With that , i wanted to know exactly what was wrong and ALL the info i could get . Anyway , it seems that it beeps twice , and flashes red when its turned on . I got a mate who`s a Daystate guru , so i gave him a tinkle ...... Harry , what`s the crack here with this feckin wolf mate ? I`ll ring Angie in the mornin bud , its nothing serious though , if it was the board it`d be dead ... So i left it at that for a few days . This is the rifle - Harry got back and said that Daysyate think its the battery , ( £28 ) so i called the guy , and agreed the deal , ordered a battery and left it at that . Now luckily for me , i have a lot of good mates around the country that i know through our sport . And i was fortunate enough to be able to call one very close to the seller . I explained the situation , and he said , like only a true mate could ` OK pal , ive got the cash , i`ll nip round , sort me out when we meet up next weekend ` This is one side of the community that people rarely see . This is a bloke that ive had plenty of banter with over the years , and always ba een a good friend of mine , a mate . Not just a bloke i know , a MATE . Anyway , at the weekend we met up , and we still have the same problem with this wolf . Its had a new battery , with full charge , and its been `Factory re set ` several times . I have been speaking with as many people as possible , a Daystate specialist in Poland ( as Daystate are shut this week ) who has recomended a few things , and also spoke with an RFD , all point to a dodgy trigger micro switch .... At the minute its sitting in the safe , looking awesome i have to say , but not quite working yet ........... Ive had a few pointers , and im certain i`ll get there in the end , especially as Daystate are just up the road and if need be i`ll turn up at the door , To be continued .............. Buster321c 1,010
Its a simple thing when you know how to diagnose it , unfortunatley , i dont lol Quote Link to post
moxy 617
Just a thought. But have you tried electrical contact spray or compressed air on the switch. If that's what you think it is. There is very little to a micro switch and 9 out of 10 times its the copper contacts that fur or green up. Quote Link to post

Daz 7 563
When it's up and running mate You'll find the mags are Crap !!!!! Don't bother buying extra mags stick with the original It's the only thing that lets them down for accuracy, i use a Biro pen top to push all the pellets in the mag. And the trigger is something else superb, Best trigger out their for adjustment. Excellent hunting tool as it's near silent to load and the shot count on Mine in .22 is amazing over 350 shots . atvb Daz 7 Edited May 31, 2013 by Daz 7 2 Quote Link to post
