pritch 335
The bit "in England everyone hated him " .If he does sign again things will be a little harder with the likes of Drogba missing but maybe he can get the best out of Torres as Liverpool did the team seemed to ooze confidence when he was at the helm . At the end of the day it's his arse on the line if results don't go his way so I think a little self preservation is to be commended and not ridiculed. Thats the problem in this country people like to knock a winner , all except Mrs gnasher  ................Ok maybe not everyone....but a lot of folk were sick of him........i certainly dont knock winners and i agree we tend to do that in England....I think he comes across as a man who competes for his own glory like a player would do.....maybe because he wasnt a player but has a players mentality ?...I dont know. i think he deliberately directed the attention at himself to take the heat off the team when they weren't at there best he'd say something controversial & everyone would be talking about him rather than why the team played like cnuts so the team never where under the pressure they otherwise would have been.it's funny how a few unsuccessful years can unite the chelsea fans behind jose as there was a large number of desenting voices about his style of football when he was last there.i think he'll be good for the premiership whether he'll be good for chelsea we'll have to wait & see

Football does tend to be a team effort yes.......Does it nor strike you as strange that possibly the biggest football club in the world didnt want him......Utd want a succesful football club not just a succesful team..........Chelsea dont have history and tradition to protect if he strips them of every penny but wins the league they,ll be delighted as a club......says it all really. United couldn't afford him. Every club wants success. United wont give moyes the same patience they gave ferguson, times have changed. Sponsors etc will only back winners. Your being all romantic gnash. It's Prob more moriniho didn't want the Man U job as much as the other way.

United are the second most valuable club in world football and also have one of the highest profit margins generated from within the club, if not the highest! stewie 3,387
He's back, but will he see his 4 year contract out ?. i think he will!! he aint daft an nos to be classed as a true great he will have to have some longevity at a top club, doing the business year after year..........not being the journey man he is perceived by some to be............red rom might be a man with more rubles than sense at times but now, after how many managers since mourinho left, is taking him back MIGHT be thinking along the lines of "i let him go once, not again"............jose building a legacy at the bridge will be good for him, roman and football in general...........JMO............
