want to treat myself to some new pens this summer, been looking online but not really found what am after, anyone no any other good sites?? heres the best ive seen so far

The bottom one looks like mine but my grandad made mine at a fraction at what that probly costs buy some wood and build one good project for the summer

Honestly I wouldn't spend the money on one when you can build it for a fraction of the price yourself. I had my pen made a few months ago, its roughly 18 x 12 foot but I only had to buy panels for 2 sides as I used the garden fence and shed for the other two. It cost roughly £500 for it all but it could have been done cheaper if I had of bought second hand panels.

Looks the part, easily maintained and plenty of room for a stretch

I bought this for mine,not to cheap I must admit but I won a few £££££ on the horses so payed for it with that so basically it was a "freebie " lol...got a few hanging baskets etc on it now,looks quite neat and tidy...

I wouldn't bother with timber. Galv runs, box section roofing and sleeping box would be my choice.

cheaper to buy the sections and build it yourself-depends on the room you have-but first sort your drainage out-dont matter how fancy your kennels look- bad idea if they stink of piss all the time so think of that first.atb

has already said build your own to suit the available space, apart from the kennel on the right this lot cost about £50 including all the galvanised panels and plastic windows. Recycled wood can be picked up daily

the ones ive got i put together myself an they have done he job but you can tell im no tradesman ha. ive got good drainage sorted i came across :whistling:some guttering blocks with galv tops when i put my base in abt 5 years ago an they still look like new

Funny you say that, I seen her trying it the other day and had to move the box into the middle so she can't hop onto the box and out. Trying to figure out what I can put round the top to stop her though

Nearly finished these, all solid brick/block GRP roof drainage the lot just got to paint the floor and make the boxes up.
