Can't see any dog coming back if they do it once I am sure they will do it again that's common sense lol

They'll never be the same but some can go for years and only f**k up here and there. Its not a big deal to me to be honest. I think its a bullshit term that is way overused. Every single dog every born gonna do it sooner or later if you get after it. Who gives a shit. Its the ones that do it to damn quickly and you know it in your heart they aint got it cuz you've seen enough to know. A guy been in dogs a few years has no business really judging them but if you grew up around them and done a ton of hunting then you can make them decisions rather quickly as whether or not they are a keeper.

Edit to say even then you are gonna make the wrong decision part of the time. Its not rocket science but it aint black and white neither.

The only decent post on here an nobody's listening... Freaky Friday's upon us..!! 8)

I'd say English fens are rough ground over here lOng hare has escape no matter what, half time you would not no if dog jacked as out of sight i think fens there is no where to hide from the sounds of things I think most dogs from Ireland would of jacked in England if jacked at all and it's there for everyone to see massive land no lies told lol

are the dogs bred and run here north n south bred differently to the English fen dogs for quicker acceleration in the smaller fields or does that not matter what ratios of different sight hounds works better in the different countries?
theres 1s called plodders do well on the fens but wont get a luk in in ireland ..horses for courses.

at what stage do you call a jacker or a smart dog that knew the hare was oo fast, is it best to have a good dog pull up when burnt out that a good dog run till its heart bursts or it collapses and dies infront of ya either way ya wont breed of either 2 cos although the 2nd didn't jack its still tatey bread . im no coursing man just intrigued to hear peoples views who have experience

i seen a dog hit with a quarry lorry it had a broken leg an it tail off an f**k knows what internal damage an it still tried to chase a hare
THAT WASN'T A HARE THAT WAS THE LORRY DRIVER
