no am not wrong only the owner really knows when a dogs pulls up that theres something wrong with the dog. Not ever dog that pulls up is a jacker. Some dogs are put in a place where they just cant get out off.

no am not wrong only the owner really knows when a dogs pulls up that theres something wrong with the dog. Not ever dog that pulls up is a jacker. Some dogs are put in a place where they just cant get out off.

yeah they can catch in oct but iv to pups that need to be brought out they wont learn how to go through wire ditches gates running behind a car for 6 miles will they no ill walk that hill the next 4 or 5 times and c nothing that's the way its is if u don't like it so I don't really give a shit

accidents happen when your driving and you run into the back of someone.....when your out walking your dogs off there leash I think its an accident waiting to happen
