Not the easiest of things to do mate, They do have spots that they visit regular. scratching tress, crab apple trees when in fruit. they also have a strange habit of leaving cover when they come to a corner or junction in that cover, also look for runs under fences etc, they are creatures of habit like the fox.

long term plant some mint under some chicken mesh them when its of size it will become a food source roe love it they cant get enough of it we made some bays in our wood planted it up a once they were about a foot high within 3 or 4 days munched right down and we shot two in the same morning as they were returning regularly atb

thanks for advice I will try baiting over next few weeks with salt blocks/paste and apples later in the year .does any one know if the buttalo caller is any good on muntjac ,thanks mark

3 short calls and then a longer one. however be aware i have found they come in fast and only the once to the call,
