Thinking About Breeeding Canarys Advice Wanted

hi to all on the forum i am thinking about breeding canarys and am looking for advice and tips on there breeding and habits i plan to start with one or two pairs and see how i get on with them

What sort of advice mate?,types is down to personal choice but housing and feed etc is basicly the same with all of them.To breed you want double breeders to give the birds some space to get fit in,canaries will breed in a small cage but that's a shit way of keeping a bird imo,feed wise a good quality canary mix and egg food mix and then extra's like millet,wild food,friut etc and access for fresh clean water for drinking and bathing in.How are you going to keep your birds?,aviary or cage and where?,bird room or front room in the house?,give us some clues and we'll do our best :laugh:

hi thanks for the reply they will be kept in double breeders in the house in a light and airy room with no draughts and will get peace and quiet and wont be bothered by anyone other than me
