Giro 2,648 Posted June 11, 2013 Report Share Posted June 11, 2013 (edited) Looked nice fella.. You should try and make rabbit stock for the pie.. With the roasted bones and any left over meat. Stick them in a pan of seasoned water.. Put all your carrot tops and & tails and peel with any other bits you you may have onion etc. Can chuck extras in bay leaf or fresh parsley. Boli the arse out of it and reduce for flavor.. You can reduce it right down and make a jelly which some would class a demi glace..
