lightforce lamps are pure f*cking pish!

was out a wander on some new permission last night moving with game and four times in a row the lamp died at the vital point just as i was about to slip the dog, to say i was f*****g livid is an understatemant!!

 

my question is, the cigar butt would be hot to touch and the fuse in the batterey pack kept on blowing, what could be wrong with it? (im crap at these things) off to get it looked at today but im seriously considering just buying a different set up as ive lost confidence in the lightforce rigs, if its not one thing its another!!!

i have a striker and a blitz had same prob with both just cut plug and fuse off and hard fix circle connecters stright to the battery it works a treat

My first lightforce done the same, the whole wiring melted, (wondered why my back was getting so f**kin warm). I think it was caused by the cig connector moving about too much in its casing, when i got it rewired i taped it tight together with insulation tape, has not failed since. Do have some problems getting it to start charging though, have to fiddle with it. can't fault them apart from that though.
