Country Joe 1,411
never thought i would be writing this, having fed all my Dogs in the past with Cooked meat biscuit and supplement, my last dog i fed mainly raw. My new Pup 3/4 Whippet X 1/4 Bedlington, I decided just to feed the above Gain, only other ingredient is Goat milk, Pup is 10 wks 13 inches and 7 kilo, feeding four meals a day, three with the milk added and supper just the complete. have to say im really pleased with outcome pup finishes every meal is full of life, in great nick, and a nice shiny coat. don't think I will only feed him complete, as when ferreting starts Will be feeding raw rabbit, and will then switch to raw minced meat Gain 20% and veg. But up to now certainly happy with the Gain. Heading should be Gain Greyhound puppy and Sapling. Edited May 18, 2013 by Country Joe
Country Joe 1,411
Us above post, ive been happy with the Gain, but as this was the first time i have fed a pup on complete, i couldn't get over the amount of water the pup was drinking, which i think made house training more difficult, have now cut out one feed of complete and replaced with beef mince or fish with veg. Then he progressed onto gain 20 although ive had to change him back to puppy and sapling as some stupid pet owner bought the 2 bags reserved for me in the petshop on the owners day off grrrr
