Lads dont lamp hares here as it is considered unsporting, hare numbers like rabbit numbers are much lower than years gone by although fox numbers are strong, we got 6 foxs on a day bushing and digging last season which was our best day out

For feck sake all i hear on this site is numbers r low no game about dogs stoping silly numbers and poeple saying there dogs r the best its all bull its running alive with game by me and not shit game iv not seen a dog yet that can stop 3 out 3 here if i wanted to run 50 bigears a day i could plus more rabbits then 1 can dream of but wots the point it gets boreing as 4 the future desertbred it lays with me mate and u no it plus carnt wait for sep get 1 or 2 more lads down for a days sport and theres the pup of course good times

Not me sliping in but there was 3 or 4 dogs on it but dont take my word for it there was sum more lads there plus i think there was about 8 dogs there all had more then a nuff runs and only 2 got stoped like i said good hares here but if u think u can do better mate send me a pm and i will sort a day out for u if a few lads say your ok and not a lob i would like to see a dog stop 3 out 3 now let alone in jan

I Think as you get older the numbers game goes out of the window. you have a level of responsibility to conserve your land or you won't have such a good season next year.

 

I suppose there will always be those that are in it for the numbers but there are still a few out there that understand it's not the way forward.

 

The best hunters are conservationists also.

with age comes experience with experience comes knowledge with knowledge comes wisdom with wisdom comes understanding with understanding comes respect with respect you have learnt the lesson
