Most Hares On Lamp

11 wit 2 dogs ,one got 6/6 and the other got 5/5 ,pretty easy for them ,not as good as the day but to be honest i done it for the farmer ,too man youung trees being damaged and i wouldnt shoot them. they just run around the light and run at you.even taken 1 out of its sit that night but id rather them in the day.ive only ever got 3/3 in the day so that tells you the different is sucess rate both day and night! :thumbs:

6/6 + 5/5 in night and 3 out of 3 in day that's 100% rate day or nite so how's that tell the success rate

Well this is the best ive had day and night, obliously ive got 2/3 1/3 in the day but much easier to get the runs at night and easier to catch! i honestly wouldnt get 6/6 in day( i know some people could) so for pest control reason i kill them at night! :hmm:

people make me piss when they say hare,s are piss easy on the lamp, i can take folk to place were you deffo thing diffrent, and im willing to take you iff any 1 wants to show me,,how easy they are,,

I feel the same pal that's when you know people hav'nt done much lamping to say that all easy just rollovers I've seen many a dog made to look a fool running them on lamp ;)

ALRIGHT TROOPS.

BRED SOME SALXGREW X SALXWHIP PUPS 10YRS AGO.

ONE PUP WAS RETURNED AT10MTHS DUE TO A NEW BABY.

DOG HAD NEVER SEEN A HARE.

SOLD IT ON AND THE BOY CAME TO MY HOUSE EARLY DOORS ONE MORNING AND ASKED ME TO COME LOOK IN THE BOOT OF HIS CAR.

I THOUGHT SUMET WAS UP WAE THE DOG ON INSPECTION OF THE BOOT HE HAD

16 HARES CAUGHT THAT NIGHT SINGLE HANDED BY THE 11MTH OLD PUP.

COMPLETE OVERKILL.

I WASNT AMUSED AND HAD NO MORE TO DO WITH HIM.

a well known coursing man once told me when i asked him,why do daywalkers get so botherd about people lamping hares,his reply was take away the day time hare and the coursing dog is pretty much fcuked,not matter how they big em up on othere things there just not many if any that are any good at anything other then a day time hare.
