Loads of good rhubarb recipes. It's great stuff!! As said, crumble is easy enough, as is stewed, which is my fave with a dollop of cream, or homemade custard. Yum..!! :rolleyes:

 

Oh yer, stay well away from those leaves..!!! :nono:

 

Edited to add... Don't forget making vino..!!! :yes:

not the best idea eating them (understatement :laugh: ), but they can be made into an effective pesticide for use on black fly and aphids. simply boil for about 20 mins, allow to cool and then strain into a suitable container. :thumbs:

Chop it, clean it and stick the end in some sugar then eat... Repeat till all rhubarb is gone... Lovely!!!!
