hi wots the best bedding for ferrets have there kits in? ive got shredded paper in at the moment is that any good? thanks

alright mate, i use dust free wood shavings and barley straw in the bedding area, reason i use dust free is to stop the stinkers getting respiratory probelms especially youngens cause they try bury thereselves in it most the time

If your using t shirts and jumpers it's best to cut them up into little peices, kits can get lost inside it otherwise.

Just shavings they absorb any fluid and kits cant get lost in them

Shavings on the bottom to absorb any wetness and straw on top as the jill ferret will make a great nest out of it to keep the kits in.. Shredded paper gets wet to easy mate
