up until the other night i had not seen any myxi...but stabs post must be a jinx cos i ran the first bunny of the night and that had it!!! an awful disease, will they ever fully become immune to it?

Its really bad at work just now but twenty miles up the road here theres not a sign of it .Does it help it you really keep the rabbit numbers in check in areas wheres theres just a few they never seem to get it

We have myxy all over Co. Durham at the moment, we did last year also but it never did a great to the rabbit population, I hope this year is the same.

:realmad: SCOTTISH NEWS LAST NIGHT SHOWED A ROMAN FORT UP SCOTLAND WAY OVERRAN WITH BUNNIES.... SOME TIT FROM SCOTTISH HERITAGE SAID THEY WERE THINKING OF INTRODUCING MYXI TO CURB THE NUMBERS.... :realmad:

 

Then I was up real early this morning and seen the same on the English Breakfast news about Vindolanda being in danger of collapsing due to the amount of Rabbits being there.

 

I think the ole Borderfox will have a wee sneak up there one night this week lol!!!!

Went out with the shotgun in the fields at the back of my house last week and shot 14 , 13 of these had early signs of mixy ( Of course this does.nt detract from the fact that i,am a great shot LOL !!!!!!!!!!! :11:
