hi my bitch is coming into season she stands around 23in to shoulder her sire was mainly deerhound grey /collie grey and stood 26in and her dam was collie grey/ bedlington whippet my friend has a 3/4 grey 1/4 deerhound but stands 28in do you think hell be to big for her ie her holding pups etc was hoping just to bring size up abit in pups thanks stu

thanks for your replys shes a lovely bitch works well just could do with adding a bit more leg to her breeding she quiete small stocky with that collie in her, her sister looks just like one but they both exel on hard steep ground where my permission is

ive had the breeding for a while now and all done really well in the field had her sire who was good on lamp and had his aunty before him she was like the old norfork type really impressed with the little bitch i have now not much to look at but grafts well and steady round livestock so just want to keep the breeding going

my thoughts thyne excell on the ground thee run keep and be sure not to lose these qualitys / IT aint allways amatter of size looks etc . good luck atb bunnys.

ill try and get some pictures on tomoz not sure how to upload them tho any ideas thanks not great on conputer lol i took my friend this winter just gone on some land i have he has a big greyhound bull x really smart looking dog and mint for his work i thought he would show my bitch up on bunnys but she just kept going all night picking rabbits up on hard terrian and he commented on big her heart was she never gave in
