CorkyJohn 808
Fecking idiot.....18 months & breeding from it your quick to slag you hi no wonder threads get ruinedThe lad made it clear eventually he was just starting out.....you agree with breeding from 18 month dogs?nah of course not.y didnt you ask him first be helpfull instead of slagging him an looking for all ur we buds to join in.thats what always happens well you always get the big hard i know it all types in all walk of life... but in terriers it seems to be rife.... they always want to fight instead of unite... hey corky john i dont think ive ever seen you start a topic about your TERRIERS,,,,WORKING!!! or how your day out with them was or any pics of them!.... but ill tell you what... you do shout a lot of old negative comments, instead of finding out the posters situation.... sure you seem to to know it all so why you freaking what he does with his bitch? This is an open forum full of RSPCA, Police, grasses, peddlars & idiots so you have to be careful what you post, however there are decent lads on here. Some I know, most I dont but their topics are sensible & usually pretty much fact based. I am negative & quite critical I'll admit it. Some may say this is a fault but it also means I wont pass on a dog that is not upto the job. If a terrier is bred for earthwork & it doesnt like the dark or wont stick its career is over, not sold on as a ratting or rabbiting dog but buried on the farm. Preban if a lurcher didn't do fox singlehanded then it was one way trip to the farm also. I count myself lucky in that I know lads that test & cull, I dont sell pups & never will. The man who breeds a litter keeps one then sells the rest to strangers on an open forum not knowing where they're gonna end up is a peddlar. You breed for yourself its your choice, bare the costs involved & cull or gift to trusted mates what you dont need. You'd think people would learn after the numbers of dogs getting stolen, sold on or neglected. You dont like other peoples comments on a forum well f**k off & delete your account lol... easy fella i only asked you if you ever started a topic on working your dogs...and why you so worried if a beginner asked a niave question... its pretty clear you have your line/lines sorted so why slate a beginner.... your quite right there are many prying eyes monitoring this site, but if you had of started a sensible topic promoting fact based work on your own terriers would have been better than spitting out what you have above,,,, for a man who claims to know so much about terrier work you just keep showing yourself to be an ANTI hunts persons dream to interview.... i have highlighted your invaluablue advice above...and oh i think ill hang about if thats ok ?... I dont have a line for a start, I will keep what works simple as. Where have I claimed to know so much about terrierwork? Have you read that on someone elses post or is it your learning difficulties kicking in? As for being an anti, you have highlighted comments I've made....I stand by what I've said. Lastly.....it took you a while to come back to this. Did you think all this up by yourself or did you have help over the last few days at your special needs group? Dont tell me, you dont have time to sit at your keyboard all day as you're too busy hunting......in the summer Quote Link to post
CorkyJohn 808
I'll apologise if anyone is offended by my opinions, I think I'm such a negative person due to being bullied as a child. Also nearly every dog I've had has been substandard. I mean dog agility needs both canine & trainer to both be at the top of their game, its not as straight forward as dropping a dog down a hole then digging it out. In future I'll try to be more positive & constructive with my posts....except selling pups, but instead I'll just not comment Quote Link to post

stop.end 4,079
lol...stroking peoples hair in a beer tent, i chcukled at that 1 bobby...some imagination lad... i dont go to dog shows and the one or 2 i do attend you definitly wouldnt find me in the beer tent talking poo, much rather do that when i get home.... and john replying straight away is sooo 1989 did you not know that... Men we all know what real terrier work is, but there is some people out there who have just stumbled on this way of life after maybe realising that somewhere along the way they have been told lies of the way terrier men conduct there business, and the reasons why we conduct our trade....... and so would like to find out!... so the men who do know should sit back and just monitor the beginner and try and guide him/her in the right direction, and will soon find out if the new start is up for the job....lets just say you own a brickie business, but you own that business through putting in the hours and being a better bricklayer than the man who showed you the trade...being more passionate and having more pride in your work...... and you take an apprentice out, you can usually tell with in 3 weeks if the said apprentice has got what it takes, and that is to be a good brickie...same with a joinery business or any other business...I guess im trying to say you shouldnt tell the apprentice how you built that business...unless hes worthy of the info.... Corky im not trying to say you dont know what your talking about...im trying to say you really dont know on this internet who your talking too... some things are better left in the tight circle you keep!... Men HONEST terrier work is like freedom now a days..very very limited.. but if you know you know ...and those who dont know will never know.... hope this clears up the my uncles better than your uncle stuff.... 2 Quote Link to post
