Since losing my permission earlier this year and knocking on 40 plus farms.posting 100s of letters /E Mails i have decided that's enough!
I have a guy coming round later today to hopefully buy my gun.

Cheers for the help and encouragement over the last few months.

I will still pop in to keep up with whats going on.

All the best

Thats very sad news, I really feel for you, I recently came back to it and had to find permissions again after a good few years break but managed to talk round old landowners who were very understanding, just think carefully before selling up, i did and regretted it and now have to buy all gear again, sods law I think they call it .........maybe keep your gun a while you never know things could all change on the permission front......usually the minute you sell up and call it a day, maybe try smaller sites like pasture as i did its not thousands of acres but thousands of rabbits ..

Good luck anyway, all the best,

Sorry to hear that mate. As a thought are there any good clubs near you? HFT is good fun too and my local club (Kibworth) runs a load of competitions - enough to keep me busy - Thursdays and Weekends - and are great shooting practice too. Perhaps there is a club nearby that can fill the gap?

And maybe get to meet folk with permission who may be willing to let you tag along.
