NEWKID 27,086
Well like most UTD fans I'm gutted to see him go, but it had to happen sooner or later... It took him a few years to get UTD as a club being run his way, the bad old habits out and once he had it running properly it became a machine... He has not only produced some of the best teams we've seen in this country, he has made UTD what it is today.... Whoever walks into that job is in a million times better position to the club Fergie inherited.... Good luck to whoever comes in, it'll be tough for anyone to follow him, but surely it's the dream job for any manager...

RubyTex 1,957
IMHO the only manager in the world at the moment who could come in and be his own man is JM, any other man and it would be all " what would Alex have done" every single gamenot even arry......... Harry is a good manager Do my eyes deceive me or have i really just read that??! Jesus Christ, old 'Arry is in no way shape or form a good manager!
Malt 379
Rooney asks to leave again: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/22460580 I'd be sorry to see him go, but if he wants to leave maybe now's the best time to cash in while he's still worth a bit of money.. Wonder who else will see this as an opportunity to seek an exit? I predict a difficult few seasons ahead at OT..
