WorkingBullandTerrier 132
She's a nice dog is there a lot of hare where you are I didn't know there was any big fields around that area? We sit on 17 acres of property, we have a TON of hares here, every day! It's nice we can run them on our own property. They're everywheere here. Caught a red fox in our driveway last night too. Last week, we came home late, and we had a coyote dashing across our dirt road, it was crazy. We've been hearing a pack howling almost every night. We have a ton of wildlife out here. 2 Quote Link to post

WorkingBullandTerrier 132
Yes we can take nusiance animals on our own property at will. My husband has a Whippet lurcher, and I have the pair of Stag pups. I'm new to these type of dogs, and am enjoying them very much thus far. I look forward to many more years of hunting with lurcher and stag types. Going to be a learning process for both me and my dogs. I can't wait. I am accustomed to hunting with bull and terrier breeds. Quote Link to post

Well, for what we use them for, I like both. BUT, the APBT's tend to have more stamina whereas the EBT's tend to get winded a bit faster. All depends on what you're using them on. We use ours on wild hogs. Weather and terrain is very rough here though. I keep my EBT leaner than you typically see. He has just as much drive as the APBT's, just not as much leg and stamina. Great for shorter distances. Just as much heart. That'd be my opinion having worked with both for quite some time. Quote Link to post
