old real tree 92
Had the same problem with the one in ystrad. Paying hand over foot and for a very bad service.. Took my lurcher there 2 years ago for an x ray on her foot. Had to stay over night. Pain killers and all the rest of it.. cost me £270 and at the end of it said rest her up for a few months and if it's still giving her grief bring her back..... Never again....... littlefish 585
That's a shame when you feel you get bad service. What was wrong with your dog?

the goat 642
god knows how but his whole cock and balls came out and wouldnt go back in, all i can think was hes such a young dog at 4 months it come out and he started licking and biting it then the swelling got so bad it was no way of going back in, looked like it twisted and everything too and he was constantly needing a piss but nothing happening. never heard of anything like this before and obviously i done all i could before taking him to the vets but even when i did they seen it was pretty serious. i know for a fact they could of got that dog right but unless youv got alot of cash to spend they dont want to know f*ckall im not at all happy with it and like i said when i picked the dog up to bury him...to me it looked like they done feckall to him!
