the_stig 6,614 Posted May 4, 2013 Report Share Posted May 4, 2013 Its hard to follow your heart with an empty pocket, more so if others rely on you, but at some point everyone should give it a go as you will never get another chance i hated the last 5 years of painting the last couple of year i took my finger of the trigger lost all interest in it --it had served me well but i was sick of it when someone came in with an offer for the buissness and i sold up it was like being released from prison ... did`nt have a clue what i wanted to do or could do --- i sold a bit of land took a couple of jobs jacked one got laid off from the other ... sold my 2 rented houses .. everything i`d worked for had gone but boy did the release of pressure feel good .. i bought some holiday lets that bring in a wage dabble in the antiques ... got no one on my back please my self what i do ... i`d say the same paul follow your heart lifes short enough make sure you achieve some of your life goals be it work or personal ..some things you have to work for and some of lifes pleasures are free ...i always saw work as a means to an end only you can decide what the end is 4 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
