Malt 379
Saw Tony De Vit last set he played in the hippo club cardiff just before he died.R.I.P.I used to love the Hippo mate, awesome club! I was up there most weekends though the back end of 98/99! Best time of the night was usually when the headline DJ had fecked off and Ollie J got on the decks! Saw many top DJ's there, Pete Tong took a spliff off my mate in the room downstairs and caned it all one night, the boys weren't impressed!

bwfc 164
What smells or tastes takes you back to your childhood? I love the smell of fire, wood burning. Or after a spell of hot weather, the smell of the dust after a recent down pour. When I think of some tv programmes I watched as a kid, I can taste the food I must have eat while watching it. Like its a knockout, can't put my finger on it but when I think of it, I taste either semolina or rice pudding with nutmeg lol. Sounds weird eh lol. What about you, what smells or tastes take you back to your childhood? scampi and lemon crisps reminds me when my mother used to grasp my head between her knees and cut my fringe no need now though as i comb it back in a pony tail Did you look like this....... The bass in that club was unbelievable, like you say used to shake the plaster off the walls! Used to be at its best from 12 until 6 in the morning when things were in full flow IMO and all the drinkers had fecked off and everybody left was flying! Some real good, if hazy memories from my many nights out there! Used to leave there at 6 and catch the first train back to Pembrokeshire. Only used to have to wait about 20 minutes, it was fantastic!
