low plains drifter 10,474
I know of a salukigrey/dh/bitza grey who takes deer regular... Fecked if i know what breed they are though as all deer look same to me.... Big uns and sma down country than ll uns Must be nice to live in an area where there is a variety of deer species to be seen, nothing but roe up here in the north east, must say though I reckon roe venison is a bit better than fallow for the cooking, what is sika like and what part of the country do you see them,I hear you have to go further down country than lincoln to see munty and cwd aswell, wish they would get their little rubbery arses up the road Quote Link to post
Carraghs Gem 1,675
Dont think we have cwd, munty or roe, we do have fallow and we have a variety that looks like red deer but is smaller (someone told me what it is but i. Cant remember lol) which is mainly what this dog takes, hes about 30mins drive from my place, deer are about my area but nowhere near as common as id like Quote Link to post
