There was a thread on here recently about quick release leads, this is the type we used to make, easy and reliable, can be used on a short handled slip or a long coursing type slip.

That looks a good design, but I will stick to me bit of Nylon black climbing rope, even I can not break that

I make my own slips from braided nylon once i suss out the site il send a few pics i sell em £2:00

you dont need these fancy slip leads i use 6mm nylon spliced with a loop on each end i have sold hundreds of these and even j darcey uses these you can also carry game with them or hang yourself if your that way inclined

i use them though a collar not as in the pic
