WILF 47,711
Good T/V.iTS Simple.Dont try to keep up with the joneses.Live within your means. Easy to say but I bet most of those people had every intention of paying their loan or mortgage or car but they may have been laid off, got sick, husband or wife left them and had kids to look after.....who knows? And that's why I couldn't do it And that's why if I can not afford to pay for something outright then I will not buy it until i can Too right mate but some folk need stuff and that's how they get it, with a mortgage you don't have much choice and I know I could definitely NOT turf a family out of their home no matter what. Life's not always black and white. May just be me, I am the nutcase that stands in the road shouting at the parking CCTV car and it operators !!! Lol lol lol

WILF 47,711
Repo,Bailiff, traffic warden, tax men......all the same to me and not something I could bring myself to do to be honest. I have gone and repossessed my own kit from big companies that haven't paid but I am f****d if I could bring myself to go round some poor sods house who may have kids and may have fallen on hard times and give them hassle that may have a major impact on their life.......just couldn't do it. would you take out a log book loan? No, I wouldn't take out any type of loan other than the mortgage......but then again I am lucky enough I don't have to but I know plenty of women who's old man has f****d off or they have had to get out with the kids because their husband is violent and they have got loans to clothe and feed the nippers......what else they gonna do, the nippers come first and they worry about it after.......as I say, life's not always black and white Edited May 10, 2013 by WILF

They know who their clients will be ( what types of people in general) and that will be the sections of society who can least afford it...........that's who loan sharks customers are

You loan £500 against a car say worth £3000 if repayments are not met they reposse, if the car is sold on the loan is still outstanding as its secured against the car so they can still reposse, a Win, win for the lender and a bad day for the new owner who is left with an empty wallet and no legal recourse
