Country Joe 1,411
I have never got this accidental mating business over the years i have run a dog along with a couple of Bitches, and never had any bother, like whats been said its all about management. I could be wrong here, but when this happens if you take the Bitch to the vet, cant they inject her, to stop her having pups? 4 Quote Link to post

desertbred 5,490
I have always had mixed packs and never in my life had a mistake litter. We have the hounds all together and as stated behavioural changes are easy enough to spot in both the bitch and the dog. For an experienced dog owner he has simply took his eye of the ball. Sometimes such a close lining has been done with half right results but more than likely the negative points in confirmation or tempremant would be magnified. A litter bred here in the UK a few years ago the "Bendy leg litter" springs to mind. The litter appears to be due anytime now so to late for vetinary intervention the solution cull them at birth it is a litter that knowledgeable lads will avoid and people who dont understand saluki based hounds would soon have them on the carousel of e-pups etc, You learn from one mistake if it happens second time no excuse and a third . cheesecakemonkey 6
Due to an accidental Mother/son mating I'll have a litter of 3/4 Tazi 1/4 saluki pups on the ground any time now. They'll make great all rounders, excelling at hunting up over rough ground rather than as big land coursing dogs. I'll be looking for first class homes with dedicated experienced owners, dog swappers need not apply. Parent's Acident my ars Well folks I won't be trying to twist anyones arms to buy them. plentee of stok four your next accident then I'm well aware of the in's and outs of inbreeding, MotherXSon or FatherXdaughter is better than a brother sister mating at least there is some genetic diversity with her son being a total out cross. In saying that some great coursing salukis have been produced from brotherXsister matings and have been further line bred with no problems. For the record you would not find a stronger healthy dog than the bitch, Kazakhstan ain't exactly a forgiving place, it's an incredibly harsh environment anything with weakness dies pretty quickly. I'd go as far as to say 90% of lurchers here would last a week out there. I jus bet u are! how much you asking for them? That depends on many factors. such as? mY OPINION, if you know all about these dogs WHY did you kennel these two so close to each other?????? knowing they have this super will power, the Lurcher world is full of crap breeding, due to the fact £££££££££ $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ yes and this is another unwanted litter of pups , We live and Hunt in the UK, Not in the wilds of Kazakstan, go and pedal your pups, back in there Souk, for a few Rupees, exaktly Sounds to me this threads just a badly disguised advert to sell pups exactly think if it was me wich it wouldnt be becouse i wouldnt of let it happen 3 times!!!, i would wave the magic wand and the pups would disapear....thats if they were born atall and certainly wouldnt be telling enyone it had happend Shut up Raymond youtalk so much kak. could not fite yor way out of a papr bag. prik Quote Link to post
