I been watchin you tube vids they look decent i want mine for hunting/offroading gonna rip the back seats out n kit it out ,, is ther many diffrent modles ?

Just the 1.3 JLX

Older ones have 1298 engine, newer ones 1325cc.

Brilliant off road.

34mpg max, juicy for a little engine.

Not much room inside.

Seatbelt retractors don't retract LOL

Usually need an expensive weld after about 8years old.

Original clutchs aren't designed for a lot of "work"

I'm on my second. Ideal for a lone operator.

Hope this helps.

Cheers, D.

Got one,the later 1328 cc engine, had it in 3 foot of snow recently, with road tyres on at that, and it was brilliant, I love mine, it really will go anywhere, not too bad on motorways providing you keep the speed sensible, the only downside as mentioned is room, but you can get by, all round a great little jeep, get one.

Can you fit a trip terrierbox in the back and a few digging tools ? With the back seats took out

Depends on how long it is?

Mines 3ft between the wheel arches and about 3ft from the back of the seats to the tailgate without the rear seats in.

Cheers, D.

Was my first car, They are feking amazing for such a little 4x4. This thing went anywhere I wanted, and I went some random places. =D

Only trouble we had with it was the electrics, but that may have just been mine being bodged as it was a second hand one.

Ye Jap electrics are usually very good,my mate has a MOT garage and he tests quite a few as he is in a rural area, and he says they very rarely need anything mechanical for a test like track rod ends springs shocks ect,he rates em very highly indeed, took mine for a test in jan and it flew through.
