My Ferret Past Her Due Date Should I Start Worrying

Recommended Posts

if she goes much further i would be thinking a phantom? mine did it last season. dont disturb her and just listen out for squeeks from her nest box if theres still no sighn after a week over just have a sneaky look in the nest box, she may have seen her arse with something or other and eaten them (which unfortunatly does sometimes happen) or she may have had a phantom pregnancy.

Had a ferret go past her due date couple of years ago mate, kits had died inside her ended up way a section, if in doubt take her to the vets mate I only let mine go a day past then to vets, if she's way past could be dodgie get her to the vets they'll ultrasound her was only £6 odds for them to ultrasound mine.
