Like my mum said earlier, she was 15 when she first started going out with my father after they worked together, he was a bit older. He weren't a lot older but he was legally an adult. If she went to the police and told them they were together back then he could technically get in the shit for it because legally a person cant consent to sex until they are 16. Aye that's what gets me, f***ing 40 years later they're all coming out of the woodwork!! It doesn't add up and i don't buy the 'too scared to seek help' bollocks that's routinely used. Obviously there are some people who have been touched or raped which is horrific and the accused should be strung up by their balls.
