Out of 6 dogs from the same kennels taken 1 yes 1, they say had fleas, so the charge is failing to treat parasites!

 

I know 1 organisation that is a parasite the RSPCA. As the tax payer picks up the tab for this which is estimated over a quater of a million pounds.

i can never understand why anyone but the police can do a criminal prosecution, the law is the law and there a charity

 

anybody can technically bring a private prosecution, but it will cost you ££££££££££££££. here's a link which explains why most people who find themselves in this situation actually sue rather than prosecute (apparentlly there is a difference)

That's mad, a criminal case should be solely the jurisdiction of the police and crown prosecution service
