R.s.p.c.a Going To Lose Again.

Recommended Posts

Can't go into it too much as there's still 1 very minor charge that's not been dropped ( even there own soliciter wants it dropped to save embarrassment ! ) but the r.s.p.c.a are on the verge of losing another case, up there costs wise with the hathorpe hunt (300 odd grand). But this time against a Lurcher and terrier man, sure you'll see reports in press soon eneough!

This is a legal president, the c.p.s didn't think there was anoth evidence to proceed with a private prosecution,

a first for a r.s.p.c.a case, they are finally being seen for what they are, it's unbelievable the resources theve thrown at this 1 lad, I bet the old girl who gives them £5 a month to look after stray moggies didn't sighn up for spying on a mans home, more like the KGB than r.s.p.c.a.

This case is on Clive Rees face book page today (dont know if some one would kindly put it on here please along with the raid on country file) this should get maximum publicity but my mates not really like that,

I do seem to rember when it was on country file last year all the rats on here came out the wood work slagging him off with out knowing the ins and outs of the case, listening to the rubbish spouted by the r.s.p.c.a spouted.

Shame on you.

the cps balance it up and if its 1% over half (50%) they follow it up and anything below 50%.........is chucked out ,..........funny enough was only having this conversation about the cps today.......

the thing is they think they are the police and something needs to be done ,......but i think there going the right way about doing it there self,........at the moment they are a laughing stock,..........and hopefully the truth of these muppets is starting to come out..............and there draging down there royal status..........excellent

All this came about in November 2011 when 6 people were legally digging on permission and a police helicopter flew over.

And the follow up raids resulted in the RSPCA stealing dogs and equipment of the defendants. This was due to PC Smith of Cambridgeshire police ( the coursing men may know him) got the RSPCA involved.

A case was fetched by Cambridgeshire police in June 2012 all men were cleared of badger digging offences the serious of which was killing a badger.

The RSPCA still presumed that they would get prosecutions against some off the men which also failed, they carried out phone tapping and survallence and even took a family pet and locked up an innocent women all supervised by the police.

To all those who said people shouldn't keep pictures, brag etc give your head a shake, if these men stayed indoors on there computer (like the rats who slagged him off) instead of working there dogs on permission they wouldn't have had any problems!
