roe-buck 63
Hello ,there's not alot of stalking in Wales really. There's some pockets of deer in various places but very little really. The Forestry Commission Wales is all "In House" and not really friendly to amateur stalkers at all! You'd be better taking a trip down to the West Country. Its not too far and there's a huge amount of deer there.Roe, Sika,Red Fallow,Muntjac. You can't go wrong really. There's a few on here advertising and also on the Stalking Directory.Just look for the reasonable guides and not the money grabbers!Cheers. Caprelous 217
If your prepared to travel and prepared to muck in with habitat work as well we are at the moment doing a scheme where participants are rewarded by being taken out stalking in return it will cost you nothing. Only thing is the earliest vacancies now due to the uptake on the scheme is September Further details of the scheme can be found here at http://deerstalking-uk.com/ Cheers Stu Edited May 2, 2013 by Caprelous Quote Link to post
