walshie 2,804
Gethin Jenkins is out of the Baa Baa's game: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/rugby-union/22682562 Unless the Barbarians change all their players from Sunday, the Lions will probably only need 8 or 10 men. johnny boy68 11,726
Gethin Jenkins is out of the Baa Baa's game: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/rugby-union/22682562 I think most of the players involved in the Heinekin final/aviva prem final/pro 12 finals were not going to be considered for selection anyway against the Baa Baa's. If thats the case this will be the main core of players for starting 15 spots...... Full-back: Leigh Halfpenny or Stuart Hogg Wings: George North/Alex Cuthbert/Sean Maitland Centres: Jamie Roberts and Jonathan Davies Fly-half: Owen Farrell Scrum-half: Mike Phillips/Conor Murray Loose-head prop: Mako Vunipola Hooker: Richard Hibbard Tight-head prop: Adam Jones/Matt Stevens Locks: Alun Wyn Jones/Paul O’Connell/Richie Gray/Ian Evans Blind-side flanker: Dan Lydiate No.8: Toby Faletau Open-side flanker: Sam Warburton/Justin Tipuric You'll probably have the odd player who played last weekend as replacements though. Frann 882
from the Lions App "On a British & Irish Lions tour you catch English fans singing Welsh songs, everyone joining in with "Flower of Scotland" and even Welsh and Irish fans occasionaly joining in on a chorus of "Swing Low". Only a Lions tour, and the power of song, can unite four nations so quickly and so seamlessly." Welsh singing "Swing Low" ?
