deanothehunter 34 Posted April 27, 2013 Report Share Posted April 27, 2013 Popped out today after a year or two's break plus i sold my guns apart from a stoeger x 20 springer that i kept dont know why but last night i dug it out and decided to pop out to a permission i still have, infact i still have 2 and the 3rd im not sure about but will call in to explain my absence, as redundacy, illness and my Dad passing away last year have all taken their toll on me, just hope he'll be ok fingers crossed as its a massive acreage farm with every type of quarry you could wish for ........ The 2 i do have are ok as i regularly metal detect these 2 farms which was the reason i sold up and got into detecting again but have got bored with that now as all the good finds are slowly drying up as i found most already lol roman coins right through to modern ones, but have totally lost interest in it altogether although i am keeping my main detector in case i have a day where i feel the need to find some history again Anyway after a quick re zeroing session i wandered through the woods and managed to bag a squizz, but i was happy with that and will be investing in another nice pcp thats up to the job...........loved it, makes me wonder why i gave up in first place......
