baw 4,360
Well done UKIP great results finally some credible alternative that the cant easily brand racist because they don't tow the government line. I will say one thing though I think Cameron IS starting to listen, he's said we will stop giving social welfare, housing and access to the NHS etc to stop migrants thinking they can come and jump on the gravy train and he's also said giving a cash payment of £750 million to South Africa will stop, and the money is to be spent on more practice uses for aid (building projects etc) What did Ed Miliband reply to this? That the Tories were going back to an Apartied attitude to SA. I mean FFS you could laugh if it wasn't so serious, I pray that that bag of shite don't get the reigns of power of this country for a LONG time. Come on UKIP!!! Cameron can say whatever he likes, what NONE of them will admit is that it dont matter what they say because they can be OVER RULED in Brussels.........he can talk big on immigration, foriegn criminals, this that and the other but what the Abu Quatada turnout has prooved is that while we are still in the EU our parliment is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard We cant do shit unless Herman Van Rumpoy says so and Cameron knows it !!! So what goods ukip going to be?
baw 4,360
I'll say this, I hear people saying I'm not voting nothing will change etc, but it's blatantly obvious and there for all to see, the change in the attitude of the politicians from the main parties is remarkable after the success ukip have just had. I actually think things are looking rosier already and not just because of ukips policies and plans (they might not work) but because the stranglehold of the main parties has been loosened and hopefully will be loosened further in the future. I'd also say with success comes confidence and I've always thought Farage was underestimated but he's on a roll now, straight talking and capable of going head to head with any of them. things are looking rosier already...... f**k alls changed mate. You must be easily pleased lol.
RubyTex 1,957
Watch how the 'big three' gang up on Nigel Farage, trying the racism card and anything else they can think of. They can't stand the idea of real democracy. Hahaha!! That's the first time i've seen that, f***ing quality! To quote that grey haired old f****r "Also Nigel you ought to be very careful in future which i'm sure you will be, about some of the people you have as candidates" Farage "well you've had a few in prison over the years too!" Grey haired fella "i, i, i, i, i, i, i don't think" They don't like it up 'em!!!!!

You must be easily pleased lol. The change in the attitude of the other party leaders in itself makes things better imo, and no I'm not easy pleased but it's a start. The fact that ukip is on the rise and biting at their heels will keep the bstards on their toes and will in effect have a bearing on their actions, Im pretty sure they won't be treating Joe average with the same disdain they did with in the run up to these elections. Anyway are you not one of the people that says voting changes nothing?, we're seeing changes already however small .
baw 4,360
All we are seeing is politicians doing what they do best, talking. They can promise the world, I'm long enough in the tooth to let it all go over my head cos like as always, once they win the election, its business as usual.
scothunter 12,609
Disagree baw, people can bring about change. It might take us a while to realise, but ultimaetly we decide who governs us!Politicians have had major shock these past few weeks, and know they need to start looking out for us,and f*****g listening to what we want.No one is clear runner for office in two years.Think you will find those two years will be the first time in a very long time, those c**ts will need to do there jobs and deliver what handsomely paid to do.
