tinson1 16
Hi all I'm going to buy the above scope to go on my ultra se, as in my previous post I have got myself a handy cam and going to attach it to my scope for videoing and a bit of night vision, but I need to get the right lens step up filter, so could somebody help me? Does the eye piece have a thread to screw on a lens flip up cover? If so what size in "mm" would that be? Also if it does not have a threaded eye piece I would require some push on flip up covers to glue a filter ring to it, what is the diameter of the outside of the eye piece? So the flip up cover would just push straight onto it! Cheers if this is confusing pm me and I can ring you to explain better! Cheers Ryan Quote Link to post
Marksman 934
Can I ask why you opted for this scope?? In my experience they are t the best for that money. The Hawke range in my eyes are far more superior Darryl Quote Link to post
tinson1 16
Well it's going on my BSA ultra se, just to keep with the BSA thing as it comes with a BSA scope and its ok but wanted something a bit better, it's only £86 Quote Link to post
Mawders 595
If it hits the target when mounted to the ultra that's all you need from the scope right? Often seen these scopes for sale but never seen one in the flesh. Does it have mildot reticule? Quote Link to post
Marksman 934
All well and good but the Hawke range offers a better picture and centre to edge clarity. It's your choice though don't let me sway you if that's what you want Darryl Edited April 25, 2013 by Marksman Quote Link to post

gurtwurz 792
Never trust the comics to give an honest review of anything! Having said that, whilst I agree with darryl re hawke scopes being better, I've had a couple of bsa scopes and they were alright for the price, and clear enough for most hunting, although not brilliant in low light.
