Coming home from school on the bus one day, I was intently watching some bloke skinning up. I couldn't get my head round how he did it. I probably said as much. His words to me, which I'll repeat for you now, saw me through forty odd years of skinning and smoking roll ups.

I went one better and bought some real horrible Baccy to go in them and I am smoking much less......go for the horrible baccy/ shit rolling combo and you will cut right down

i tried smoking roll ups,i snap the filters of fags,so thought id be aswell smoking rollies.and save a bit of money in process.i was smoking 50g of golden virginia in 3 days lol im back on the regal again hahah.

i can skin up in seconds,can roll a joint in 1min 22secs and that was with poverty bar,which i had to burn lol

Interestingly; I started out on Old H. When someone else is smoking it, it smells like to die for! But, I found (having stopped smoking it. Maybe to slide back to fags? Dunno) it tasted vile and wet.

 

Then I went to Golden Virginia. I snatched a long dog end some chick had left. That tasted like perfume / gin! (Maybe it was her?) But, I got over that and never looked back.

 

Walshie; Yes. It's all about using the thumbs to roll the baccy. The fingers are just an after thought. It#s getting that right level of press.

 

If you have dry skinned fingers? Lightly licking your finger pads might help get the traction.
